Our Factory

Our factory is a joint-stock enterprise specializing in R & D and production of resin cutting disc and grinding wheel. At present, it has become one of the famous professional resin grinding tool manufacturers in China, and its production scale ranks in the forefront of the abrasive industry.

The products have passed the inspection of China's import and export inspection and quarantine authority, and meet the European EN12413 safety standards for cutting and grinding tools and the ISO9001 quality management system, ensure the safety, stability and reliability of product quality. The main export markets include South Korea, Japan, Thailand, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, the United States, Britain, Germany, Romania, Spain, Hungary, Ukraine, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa and other countries.

The production system has an industrial full-automatic forming production line, PLC intelligent control curing tunnel kiln, central air conditioning operation. Annual output of 140 million pieces of grinding wheels of various specifications (10000 tons)

Product Application

Resin cutting wheel is a kind of product with phenolic resin as binder, glass fiber-reinforced mesh, combined with a variety of materials, which has high tensile, impact and bending strength, so as to cut and grind the product. Widely used in the production of ordinary steel, stainless steel metal and non-metal blanking. Excellent materials and exquisite technology ensure high cutting efficiency and the best economic effect for different materials.

The main application industries of resin cut off wheel: machinery, automobile, ship, metallurgy, chemical industry, casting, railway building, etc. Can also be used in modern housing, factory iron decoration and equipment repair.
